Pros

Management makes sure you're not just another cog in the machine. They take care of their people- both with work that keeps us interested and "start-up" type perks like snacks, even health and wellness training. Can't say enough about the people- they're top notch!

Cons

You get out what you put in. Work hard and you'll learn a lot and move up. Do the minimum and you'll probably stay put.

Pros

If you're fitted with the right Senior Project Manager, the opportunities and experiences are great. They have a good understand and appreciation for work/life balance.

Cons

There is a tendency for upper management to be territorial and "vague" when it comes to sharing project information. Competition is good but can be at times divisive.
