Independent work practices.

Cons

Squeaky wheel doesn't work when upper management has favorites. If you aren't one of the chosen buddies who go to vegas trips, spring training, or other social events then you are just another guy just doing your job. Once you speak up watch out because you will get your throat cut.

Big Company, good compensation, lots of great employees throughout, rank and file employees are typically great people

Cons

Non-existent respect for upper management within company, lack of accountability, in-group and out-group dynamic. Lack of focus on safety procedures.
