-Very cool projects with great client list -Take care of you with little extra benefits here and there -Do not Micromanage however they put in the hours to train you

Cons

-Bit of a Frat culture -Not very diverse in their market sectors

Collaborative work environment that allows you the flexibility to grow. No stringent regulations on promotions - you control your own destiny. Small company makes you feel like you are a major contributor at every level.

Cons

If you need more stringent corporate structure, this is not the place for you.
