Pros
Novo understands the importance of company culture. They have a beautiful office with a very positive working environment. They really do go out of their way to engage all the employees. You can look forward to many happy hours to get to know co workers, as well as in-office lunches for birthdays and holidays here and there. Everyone has the same opportunity to work hard and get recognized/accepted by BOTH their peers and management. Flexible and accommodating. Great people!

No cons about this company. In response to former reviews: Nobody has to fit in or be in the "in crowd". That is absurd.
