Great work environment - NOVO encourages an "open door" policy and upper management is always willing to take the time to help all levels of employment. Opportunity to grow - NOVO builds strong team work ethic by giving the guidance /knowledge necessary to drive projects start to finish. Great people to work with - NOVO has built a strong base of employees that not only enjoy working together, but enjoy spending time together outside of the typical work day. Learn by Doing - NOVO Management does not micromanage their team members which is not great for all, but it has definitely helped me grow.

Cons

Its hard to find many (or any) cons with NOVO as they very flexible and accommodating.
