NOVO works with great clients and has a an awesome culture. Definitely a team environment, project teams continuously collaborate to help each other succeed. Upper management is supportive of their employees and they won't micromanage. If you are eager to learn and work hard they will give you an opportunity to succeed.

Novo has a very positive and collaborative atmosphere. Most of their clients are negotiated and/or repeat clients so the emphasis is client satisfaction rather than maximizing profit. This is a refreshing change coming from the world of Public Works and hard bid. Ownership gives a lot of freedom with how we work and there is very little micro-managing. They also reward and promote based on performance, not time served, which is great if you want to advance quickly and are willing to work hard to get it.
