Pros

The benefits were good and helping to develop youth is a mission that the agency TRIES to keep in mind.

Cons

Little motivation to go above and beyond the call of duty. There is not time to really get to know youth and break down trust issues that are vital for the therapeutic relationship. No room for growth. Instead of helping workers, they are thrown under the bus and considered expendable

Pros

Core mission is good, agency as a whole seeks to keep children and youth in least restrictive placement possible.

Cons

Lack of consistently positive and supportive leadership. Lack of adequate direction at onset of work creates a "starting out behind" employment experience.
