Pros

The overall mission and purpose of the organization is great.

Cons

No cohesiveness to management, each office is ran differently instead of same policies/procedures across the board. Reacts instead of proactive. Similar to many non-profit companies, the pay isn't great so turnover is high.

Pros

Good electronic system for tracking mileage reimbursement.

Cons

Regional Managers are bachelor-level, non-clinical, figure heads and lack strong leadership skills. Local offices can be very "cliquey". Regional Managers do not support Clinical Supervisors and often override their decisions when a decision impacts part of their clique. Several HIPAA violations were observed.
