Pros

1) Good salary while entering the company(you have to bargain tactically) 2) Evening free snacks.

Cons

.Net guys be aware while entering this company. They will tell that the project will last for 2 years minimum. They will recruit people for billing purpose only and after 2- 3 months they will send you to bench and they will say that this is normal in Ness and they will assign another project to you, but that will never happen. For name sake they will conduct technical interviews to take you into another projects, but they always say you are not fit for the position. You will be in bench for a maximum of 30 - 45 days and they will send you out without any prior information(that means any day will be your last day in the company). There are lot of negatives 1) No pipeline projects 2) No salary hikes since 2 years. So many people are leaving the company. 3) No .Net projects 4) Technology stack is very old. You cant even try to upgrade it, so no chance to learn new technologies. 5) Only good for some people who are stuck with the company for 6+ years. 6) Hiring and firing is very rapid.

Pros

free Worst Sancks at evening

Cons

I worked 1 Year in Ness Technologies. There is no Development project. The project they working on is Legacy(Old) With Old Technologies. Only Support project mostly Bug fixing task. At time of joining they will tell its long term Project and all but fact is there is No such project for long duration. once project got finished within next 7 days they will fire you from company. They will give you interview into internal projects even you have knowledge and answered all questions they will give Negative Feedback. I will share you one incident which happened with me. they gave me one interview call into internal project where they having requirement for Struts. That was just integration project(Only mapping with xml) when I asked which version you using he said "I don't know". I mean seriously he working in that project from so long but he don't know which version they using. Even you performed well they will not care once project over You will be out of company. For internal interviews they will take 2-3 Technical rounds instead of that you can search outside. When I joined with me 5-6 people joined from they They fired 4 within 4-5 month just because requirement in project got finished. Joining this company mean spoiling your career. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN. Its Your Choice
