      NetDocuments has been great! It's steadily growing in multiple ways like number of employees, customers, and cutting-edge capabilities especially in AI. The company culture is extremely supportive and thoughtful towards employee needs and career growth - from the CEO and across all levels. It fosters a culture of being stronger together and every voice matters. Work/life flexibility is also fully supported as well.

      There is room to see more diversity in leadership roles.

      Pros

      I can not describe how happy my family and I are that I work for NetDocuments. From the interview process to onboarding, ND has been hands-on and excellent in making sure I was ready to work happily. Even after 30 days, so many employees actively checked on me and ensured I knew that they would make themselves available if I needed assistance. I also want to share that I have never had a company that drives a family-first culture. Other companies say it, but to do it, ND does it.

      I have no downside with ND. I am truly happy to work everyday.
