Pros

There is a bit of balance in being able to work remotely, although that is being taken away daily.

Cons

Terribly weak leadership. Mike West will not offer any value to you in your sales process. Offers 0 trainings, literally does not understand the product to help in any capacity. His leadership style is to say “a lot of wood to chop” and outside of that you get no support. He will not hop on the phone, he will not send out an email, he will not even give you ideas on how to proceed. That weak leadership trickles down. They target people who say anything about the product or processes. For example, the most consistent rep in ND history was put on a pip after missing 1 quarter. 55 months of hitting, his first miss they PIPPED him. Several people have been fired or put directly onto a pip for taking paternity leave. Netdocuments requires you to work on every vacation, PTO, or paternity/maternity leave that you take. They do not pay you out on the deals that you sell because the billing department is 1 person and they have $33 million dollars in invoices that haven't even been sent out yet. YIKES. The company is holding on to everyones money and not willing to work to getting people paid out. There are no sales spiffs, they take away the benefits each year, your deductible goes up and your benefits go down. They are planning to sell in the next couple of years so it is only going to get worse.

Thank you for your feedback. While we appreciate honest feedback, we do want to clarify that several points raised—particularly regarding parental leave, compensation practices, and performance policies—do not reflect our actual practices. We take all concerns seriously and are committed to providing a supportive and equitable work environment. While we can’t discuss individual situations publicly, we encourage open dialogue through internal channels to ensure concerns are heard and addressed. We appreciate your passion and agree there’s always room to improve.

Pros

Company is great and has its faults. Feel like the CS team is the only one quickly 'leveling up' but it takes a while to get ducks in a row. My experience has been pretty good, with usual frustrations. But after years in the legal industry and few years with ND, the OCSM is by far the best team I have ever worked with hands down. We are always busy but we support each other and the systems in place are pretty great, need a few fixes.

Cons

Executive leadership talks about making strong, well thought out decisions but maybe they're thinking a little too long. Feels like we are being talked at as I don't really feel a connection with them.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're glad to hear your experience has been positive overall and that you feel supported by your team—especially within the OCSM group. We appreciate your insights around executive communication, UX challenges, and the partner training model. These are important areas, and we’re actively exploring improvements to drive clarity, streamline processes, and better support our teams. And thank you for highlighting your manager’s contributions—recognition is well deserved, and we’ll be sure that’s acknowledged. We truly value your perspective and the passion you bring to the team.
