Pros

- Immediately available unlimited PTO - Opportunity for internal promotion/ interdepartmental movement. - Twice a week catered lunch

Cons

- Homogenous religious culture. Have heard questionable comments regarding ethnic background from employees across multiple departments. - Below average pay - Exodus of talent from senior management - Turnover in the operations and development teams has steadily increased - No DEI policy, initiatives, or training

Pros

The NetDocuments platform is a sound service. There are multitudes of dedicated people on the support and engineering side of things that do a very good job making sure the platform is the best document management software around.

Cons

The decisions being made by management are sloppy and show no signs of actual forethought. The CEO boasts transparency as one of the company's values, and yet there is zero transparency in the dealings of each individual department. It is an extremely Corporate Pizza-Party culture, and the company itself is just another copy of a copy of any other soulless business in Silicon Slopes.

Pros

Innovative Using new technologies Exciting tech stack and new design

Cons

Chaotic Highly disorganized Lack of communication Ineffective Senior Manager - didn’t have the proper technical background, interfered with meaningful work, showed lack of interest in people, self-involved, narrow, created chaos and didn’t care, thrived on politics and creating conflict.
