NetCracker provides a lot of great career opportunities and a really good corporate environment to work in. The corporate results and business strategy is communicated to all employees with clarity.

Cons

Lack of benefits regarding reimbursement for MBAs. This kind of benefits would motivates and prepar employees to new challenges and career opportunities.

NetCracker has a great work environment and very positive synergy with the team workers, leading you to have a nice work experience. The company is fast paced, giving you the opportunity to get involved with many different projects and gives us a large experience in the workforce.

Cons

Some of the same things that make the company fun to work for may also be seen as cons by some. Due to the rapid growth, policies and procedures needs to be improved. There is some changes going on, but will continue to be a work in progress for some time.
