      Pros

      You get to work with very smart people who will constantly challenge you and each other. It can be hard at times but always rewarding in the end of the day.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be tricky for some people, you have to be flexible but you also get the same in return.

      Pros

      Great people with consistent positive attitudes and will to win. NetCracker is a company that has been a successfully run business for 20 years and maintains that "start-up" mentality. It is noticed by all teams throughout the globe. This company is not done growing either and I'm excited to see what the future holds.

      None that come to mind.
