No regular hikes, your path is completely driven by immediate manager only not much of HR involvement, all the good benefits which used to be there were removed.

Questionable upper management. Office is hard to get to.

Employee perks were removed slowly and that includes basics like tea, coffee and office cab. Lack of projects and very poor management. Russians dominate the work environment and proper opportunity is not given, Employee performance reviews are not shared and discussed by the manager and they just blindly ask us to improve without telling us what was on the review, Reviews are given by Russians and no matter how well you do, you get an avg review. If you get a good russian manager then your career is safe there. They fire you without warning or reason. They pump and dump employees based on demand.

Zero clarity on your role. No projects. No transparency from management about the projects, team, process etc. Never felt like a part of team till i was there. They will ask you to go through n number of useless trainings for infinite time till you get project. Indian managers are there for sake and don't have any decision powers, However whenever they will talk to you, they will treat you like their labour. Everything is decided by Russian managers. You will be fired anytime if not cleared the Project interview. Which is again conducted by Russian managers. No innovative work since the framework is already in place and you will get to work on bug fixes or small features only. This company was the worst for me as a fresher. My experience was very bad. They hired me and gave backend training, but assigned me a frontend project on a trial basis. Despite positive feedback from my project manager, they said they needed experienced people. Consequently, they shifted me to an L1 support role. I didn't got any project interview call for the role I got hired.Don't join this company from the first day you will feel they can fire you anytime.

Toxic Work Culture, No professional Working hours.

No appraisal from 1.5 years now. This is mainly due to war and because Indian employees are the least priority for management. Indian managers have no say in the hierarchy and they are just dummies.

1) lengthy interview process (5 rounds) 2) Still works as Start up, No processes are defined, everything based on the equation with manager 3) Leadership is European biased, Russian leadership with closed mindset to not let anything go out of their hand 4) Hire without any vision for the role 5) No Transparency
