Clear possibility of growth with performace reviews with a linear manager, opportunity to learn, good onboarding and training policy for newcomers. For junior positions work-life balance policy is really good.
Cons
Too much bureaucracy, especially during employment process, a lot of unnecessary documents were required.

Sometimes good bonus and hikes that too irregular.
Cons
Politics based environment. A person cannot grow or develop under the their superior team members and Managers. Fake promises and no personal care or support for new joiner, No technical knowledge gain. Flipping their characters or personalities and blaming the innocents. Few managers who has mutli-personalities and target the person for their selfish rewards. Hire and fire without proper reason and formalities, No job security. Use and throw policy.

Good Salary & Benefits is the only good thing, you can guess why it so.

Worst organization,I have ever seen, No feedback mechanisim, No performance appraisal mechanisim. Worst senior leadership in India offices who just be managed by CIS and they don't have any stake to perform & authority. Performance in project means real stupid work performed again and again without any value-add or making stupid work first without any though and later do correction, this is just a work to fool client and getting more CR's that's it. Worst work culture, Worst HR processes, rather no HR processes. No one in the oragnization is safe being worst culture everyone looks with fear and overall worst organization. Just because of war hirirng happened in bunch and they do firing as well in lot and consistent for the people for whom feedback from CIS is bad, no retrospective, Indian HR and Leadership are worst, just follow desccion making from CIS, project allocation is also in the hands of CIS, here manager are literally for the name sake and salary sake.. Lot of insecurity and pure hire and fire company

Pretty well development processes, skilled teams (depend on project and PM/TM). You can choose Solution Delivery department or Core aka Platform department. Platform department is absolutely product-like development when customer is teams from Solution Delivery. That is, Solution Delivery is like outsource company. So as fact, you can choose more preferable department and rotation is also possible but it may be challenge a bit so you will require really good Line Manager to do such rotation. Before COVID-19 a lot of developers had business trips to customer's on-site, I guess it's Pros especially if we are saying about countries with good travel allowances. If you are in Platform department, you have more modern technologies and opportunities for experiments and grows. In Solution Delivery you can face really interesting project with good business and fine development process when external Customer will push your team to grow and evolve.
Cons
In Solution Delivery department you will be restricted by platform in technologies and experiments especially in the past years. That is, you will be "config based developer" and you will see as losing your skills. And in general a lot of projects with really old technologies especially when you will be assigned for "support" of deprecated project. After COVID-19 almost over business trips for developers so you will have only salary which is typically less then market median. To get corporative merch you will be forced to fight with HR :)

no positive to share about company work process .
Cons
- very bad team environment, as the Manager not helping new joiners to get into the workflow. - there are lack of work process maturity in the application security domain. -team senior management putting extreme pressure on new joiners to deliver on time,as the core process itself broken. - no work ethics at the senior management level in the team, indian team just doing copy-paste support work. - so exp person in the appsec domain stays away from this company, no matter what salary they offer. - 4 months of extremely irrelevant training which is not at all helpful in actual work.

- Many active projects, some of them can be using deferent tech stack - Possibility to change carrier path after some time (for example move from training manager to business analyst or from QA to dev) - Internal trainings and opportunities to grow - Projects and offices all around the world
Cons
- Some bureaucracy, but its cant be avoided for company of such size
