For CIS offices: - Great mentoring for newcomers - Objectives and assessment by Line Manager - Great and clever colleagues - Challenge every day (especially on delivery projects) - Lots of options for career growth - International business trips on demand - International best practices in processes - International vocabulary everywhere - Friendly environment - Option to choose whether to work in an office or remote

Cons

- Not possible to work from another country rather than from the one where your office is located - Slow salary raise policy but constantly growing areas of responsibilities - Delivery projects have strict deadlines, so gaining the aims is sometimes not possible

1. Over dominance of Russian workforce over indian workforce 2. Irresponsible reporting managers and project managers 3. Nobody will be there to help for an employee who has to fight for his own leaves. 4. Office politics 5. Fake Promises which includes hike promises. Before joining, they offered quarterly hike to our entire team members which never happened. 6. Your personal and professional growth completely depends upon the team, project and the team manager. There is a chance of 70-30 for either two will be dumb. 7. Layoffs. It happened for few of my other friends whom were in different departments. While this occurred, the act was not that much polite and professional.

Pros

No Prod at all you may see good CTC at start but do not fall for it. Product however is good.

Cons

The managers here are worst, immature they behave like they own you very biased work is also not good. Work environment is very toxic I lost my sleep just after 6 months of working with netcracker and it starts affecting my personal life I left it in just 1 year ( I literally thank god although I am a not believer). I would suggest if you got any offer similar to this even in small company then go for it so that you won't need to change early like in my case and hire and fire policy is very much true in netcracker. People work here in silos not sure what they fear of if they help you understand some things. Lot of cheap politics I mean it is politics is in every office but here it's beyond manageable and it will tear you off mentally.

Stable, but the growth is slow.

Pros

Stability, flexible working hours. Mature working process, full development cycle (from Analysis to QA), good infrastructure. Remote work possibility (now its hybrid, but not too demanding). Ability to switch projects (although it takes time). Heard its possible to switch activities (from dev to ba for example), never tried it though. Relocation to other offices outside of Russia or within is possible.

Cons

Competitors would pay significantly more. No feedback on projects/product (you dont get to see them). Little to none communication with line managers. You have to go and ask for everything yourself. Projects frequently require overtimes/on-call support. Legacy codebase on most projects (there are a few projects with actual tech stack). Company used to offer a lot of business trips. But not anymore due to covid/political situation; that used to be a huge source of income for lot of workers, now its not.
