Pros

A lot of good friendly people that seemed passionate about what they were working on. Development process seemed pretty good.

Cons

I didn't see much opportunity for career progress. It wasn't extremely intellectually challenging and left something to be desired at the end of the day.

... A Bad Dream

Pros

In the past you could actually make a reasonable amount of money before the "Cerner Cult" took over. And in the past people in my office (Ohio) were actually aligned and passionate about educating prospects and clients about Netsmart. Formerly there was a sense of pride about representing Netsmart.

Cons

Management is completely disconnected. Mid-level managers are manipulated and stressed and result to "eating their young" to save themselves. Some mid-level managers might actually require "services" from some of their very own clients. It's shocking who they will allow to lead their divisions and territories. Oh, the stories I could tell!

Pros

Culture, Opportunity, Team Members, Vision and Community. A faced paced environment for those who desire and want more out of their career...opportunity abounds. A focus on working to exceed clients expectations by listening and taking action on what needs to be done. Most important, the ability to talk to anyone on any team regarding any issue.

Cons

Health care is a busy, changes frequently, there is much to do. Staying on task to ensure we deliver is essential if we are going to make the difference we desire.
