Good and talented team, ability to learn inside and outside primary role, technology and data assets, innovation, work environment, transparency, ability to influence, snacks, downtown location (near trains)

Cons

Department centric at times, work load spikes, frequently gets distracted by new opportunities, prior client service engagement model creates spikes and valleys (shifting more business to license model to ease)

Pros

Industry disrupting enterprise marketing analytics software Great opportunities for growth - small company that's going nowhere else but UP Great smart experienced people, easy to get along Lots of innovation happening. Obviously since we are sitting on the most important data since POS was leveraged for the firs time back in the 70s. Beer, ping-pong, shuffleboard, snacks, drinks, m&ms, cereal bars, outings Great healthcare, vacation, benefits, etc.

Cons

You gotta believe and challenge yourself! This is not just a job, it's about winning. It's about building something never created and selling it to the masses (starting with big brands) Sometimes under market salaries, but partly because company's situation. Room to match and grow. A bit more transparency/honesty on the business would help
