-They pay minimum wage for a lot of work that if it wasn’t done there would be no fan engagement and leads for future season ticket holders and the production of the game would be lackluster
-Pretty much very little to no chance of any upward mobility into a full time role no matter how much time you put in or great performance
-Giving us bare minimum for uniform, dont even look like employees at times and we have to buy our own shoes since they are sponsored by Adidas and won’t even reimburse us when other staff members get stuff for free
-Overall office vibe feels like a high school with gossip and very cliquey
