Lots of room for improvement

Pros

Generous gift cards for holidays.

Cons

Terrible communication from leadership, as well as within single departments. There is no excellence- numerous major projects going at once, with importance on getting it done quickly, instead of correctly. Planning and analysis of projects and desired outcomes is not thought out beforehand, causing delays and setbacks to already rushed deadlines. There are no defined processes in place and direction from leadership is almost nonexistent. Many individuals in senior leadership positions are simply there due to office politics, rather than being qualified for the role.

Pros

Initially the relaxed work culture is welcomed but is not best for actual professional growth and development.

Cons

The infrastructure of the senior leadership is severely flawed. Instead of focusing on employees, the focus has shifted to money. Senior leadership and members of the Human Resources team and other management leaders do not even leave their office to interact and learn about the employees.

Pros

Good starting salary Generous 401k plan A wealth of sick/personal days Good insurance

Cons

This place is a completely dysfunctional environment and I would not recommend working here. The upper management plays favorites and works on a bullying tactic system. The favorites are untouchable, but if management doesn't like you, you will have a target on your head. Targets get written up and punished for made-up rules (this isn't an exaggeration; they make up rules you've never heard of before). Once you have a target on your head, management will make your life miserable until you quit. But if you aren't a target, you can do the same exact thing on a daily basis without a word. Furthermore, the whole company works on a "blame game" system. All the departments are pitted against each other, and when something goes wrong, everyone scrambles to find proof that the flub-up was another department's mistake. As a result, you are encouraged to do work that will cover your department (and therefore upper management of your department) - instead of being encouraged to do productive work that would actually improve the situation, and rectify mistakes so that they don't happen again in the future (believe me, they always happen again).
