Pros

I met some of my best friends.

Cons

Working in tech is hard enough. Working in tech at the biggest newspaper in the world is even harder. I've worked with some of the most amazing people and the most terrible, disrespectful people ever. The Union is useless and I worked the first few years without a raise.
