Pros

Meaningful mission and work, clearer career path than any other place I've worked, working with modern technology

Cons

Can be difficult to get engineering projects off the ground, career path needs to be clearer, union-busting tactics.

Pros

Love the company overall. Love what they stand for and the content they produce. Really love the benefits (PTO, holidays etc.). Great coworkers and being able to wfh is great. Truly feel lucky to work for the company as a whole.

Cons

-All of the women in my department were hired at lower salaries than the men. Can not retain female workers, have not corrected the unequal pay issue. -Very difficult to get sick time/PTO/even bereavement approved because of understaffing and poor training/scheduling.
