      Can't think of any. I received a paycheck.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Nobody can make decisions. They know nothing about Retail. Benefits are extremely EXPENSIVE! That should be an indicator of what kind of company it is when the benefits for employees are awful. This company has no culture. Back office support is rude and not helpful.

      Pros

      Tempe building is located next to Chase which is good in the event one scores an interview!

      Cons

      Zero work/ life balance, below average pay, no telecommuting, no volunteer hours, low PTO accrual, unprofessional trainers, contradictory handbooks ( ex: Company Holidays are published in advance yet you will work anyway) , company communication is very one-sided and everything in writing takes a negative tone.

      AE's: Run away and never looks back

      The aggressive pay structure for top couple AE's

      Cons

      Operations is nonchalant at best, had to sign a decreased comp plan day 1, company did not honor agreement to pay a guarantee, when I put in my two weeks I was fired immediately without pay and had all checks owed to me stopped (no PTO payout or expense checks for the last two months), lack of support from management, outdated technology, lack of chain of command, poor morale among employees ect
