      CEO Jerry Schiano is a DISGRACE

      I worked at New Penn Financial as a full-time employee for More than 3 years IT and Business teams are worst and i lost my income because their systems are down always. Loan officers are Scared of the applications. Everybody blames others and nobody takes responsibility. CEO is misguided by the business (do not know the applications) and the CEO is ignorant of IT. If you don't have any job, you can join this company for a short period. You see always jobs in the company, because many people are leaving. High turnover in the company No business ethics for the company. Worst environment If you join later you regret for joining.

      This merger with Caliber has been the worst transition ever. We went from a decent origination system, to the stone age. Whoever in Sr leadership made the decisions on which systems, guidelines, and procedure to keep in place between the 2 companies clearly has never had any experience working in one and it seems as if it was strictly a financial decision This experience has caused 10 -15 year employees to leave the company to go to start ups and willingly take pay cuts. They recently laid off hundreds of employees and are setting the rest up to fail.

      There simply are no pros to working here

      Cons

      Terrible company culture No assistance from upper management Numerous tech issues across all systems They have zero regards for employees, only profit Ridiculous quotas for front and back-end production The list could go on for days, I am simply over putting in any effort regarding this company p s. If you want to have good mental health, do not work here
