Business Outlook
Pros
flexible hours, work from home.
Cons
poor benefits, my boss decided to start working in a different office, didn't have a boss for a few months, treated poorly, upper management is always looking to pin blame on someone else to save their face, zero accountability with management. Pay was not competitive. Also, very little training was done. I taught myself everything I know and whenever I had to ask a question I was pointed to 5 year old outdated job aides. Everyone is only concerned with money and does not care about anything else. Senior management would overrule underwriting denials for loans that didn't meet guidelines so that they could make more $. TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK!
