      Pros

      Great culture within the company. Upper management does go out there way to so appreciation by having Attorney Summits yearly and Employee Appreciation day as well.

      Cons

      Pay is well under what is to be expected specially if you work under a more detailed investor. I feel as if the pay should increase based on the more job functions acquired by a particular investor. Suggestions for the development of the department as being asked but rarely implement. FC is the only department you can lose bonus funds total from $200- $600 and no one can show you examples as why.

      AE's: Run away and never looks back

      The aggressive pay structure for top couple AE's

      Cons

      Operations is nonchalant at best, had to sign a decreased comp plan day 1, company did not honor agreement to pay a guarantee, when I put in my two weeks I was fired immediately without pay and had all checks owed to me stopped (no PTO payout or expense checks for the last two months), lack of support from management, outdated technology, lack of chain of command, poor morale among employees ect
