Hourly steady pay for my department.

Cons

Insurance Department- You get to work for a couple of jerks. Bonuses and raises are an absolute joke. They won't tell you what they are based upon, so it's just a popularity contest, and one cannot improve upon their performance. Hourly pay sucks, no one here does not have a second job.

Donating until NRZ took over now we barely donate to anyone, & bonuses

Cons

Also since NRZ to over the bonus opportunity is cut in half without any written notification of what to bonus should be & constant threat of termination if you don't complete someone else job! And yes its proven.
