Geez, where do I begin? So far, the people and culture have been nothing short of amazing. I've worked in the industry for most of my career (various servicing platforms and portfolio mergers) and I've found this experience with Shellpoint (SMS) to be second-to-none. Also, they are ALWAYS open to new ideas and not stuck in the mindset of 'well that's the way it is because we've always done it that way'--- which, unfortunately plagues a LOT of the industry. Their positive culture has only reinforced my decision to work for SMS. I cannot underscore enough about how much they genuinely care about their staff and service to customers. Even some of the bigger banks I've worked with don't offer the in-depth training provided by Shellpoint's on-boarding professionals. They understand that your growth and development are vital to the growth of the company. There are tons of other examples I can list out but I think I've touched on the ones most important to me --- In short, if you want to work for a company that appreciates you as well as keeps an open-mind to new ideas and growth, this is the place to be.
