Pros

Overall I have had a great experience. The people have been super kind and helpful and genuinely care about the work they're doing. Working for a company that believes in and values the Channel org and partners is extremely refreshing. Also, this is one of the few work places where I've come across dozens and dozens of folks who have been in role for 10+ years. Also one of the very few places where a founder worked so closely with me and got in the field with me to meet with and build partner relationships.

Cons

So far (3 months in) I can't complain about much.

Pros

I’ve been at Nextiva for about a year and a half, and during that time I’ve had the opportunity to work very closely with leadership. There’s a genuine effort to listen to employees and act on feedback, which makes a big difference day to day. The culture is truly people-first. My team has been incredibly supportive, and there are real opportunities to grow and take on new challenges. It’s a collaborative environment where people want to see each other succeed rather than compete internally. Work-life balance has been reasonable, and the company makes an effort to recognize employees and create a positive workplace. They also provide lunch multiple times a week, which is a nice added perk that contributes to the overall employee experience. It feels like a place where your voice matters and where you’re not just a number.

Cons

As with many growing companies, things can move quickly and processes aren’t always fully defined. That can be challenging at times, but it also creates opportunities to step in, take ownership, and help improve things.
