During the program, I had the opportunity to work on real-world tasks, learn industry best practices, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise technologies under the guidance of supportive mentors. The transition to a full-time role was smooth, and I was already familiar with the team and development processes. The company offers a collaborative work culture, encourages continuous learning, and provides exposure to modern technologies and challenging projects that help accelerate both technical and professional growth.Great work-life balance.

      Initial learning curve can be steep due to the complexity of enterprise systems and tools. Some processes require time to understand but support is available whenever needed.
