I joined as a student intern around 9 months ago and recently transitioned to a full time role. It has been a great learning experience with opportunities to work on real production systems and hands-on AI projects. The team is supportive, seniors are approachable, and there's a strong culture of learning. I also appreciated the flexible work schedule, which made it easier to balance my college commitments. Even as an intern, I was trusted with meaningful work, and the positive, collaborative culture and regular recognition made it an enjoyable place to grow.
