      Pros

      The work environment is welcoming, respectful, and encourages professional growth. The people are highly skilled, always willing to help, and there is a genuine sense of being part of a strong, supportive team. One of the highlights is the use of advanced AI tools as part of the development process, along with a variety of AI-focused training opportunities that help employees stay current and continue learning. The offices and facilities are also top-notch, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, which makes the day-to-day work experience great.

      Positive Culture, great team, and flexible work environment

      Pros

      Good work-life balance and a flexible hybrid model with three days working from home. The people are friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Teams collaborate well, and there is a supportive atmosphere across the organization. Management is approachable, and my manager is supportive and genuinely cares about employees. Overall, the company has a positive culture that values both performance and people.

      Cons

      Some processes can occasionally be more complex due to the size of the organization, but this is fairly typical in a large corporate environment.
