It’s definitely fast-paced, and I’ve seen the organisation evolve and grow, including leadership changes, while still maintaining alignment and clarity. That consistency builds trust and helps you stay connected to the bigger picture. With the advent of AI, NiCE has stepped up in a big way. The shift towards an AI-first culture is visible across learning programmes, day-to-day work, and the tools available to help employees build an AI mindset. The work processes are organized, expectations are clear, and people really take ownership, which makes day-to-day work much smoother and less chaotic. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, which I personally enjoy a lot - there’s always something new happening, along with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and explore AI tools and technologies. I really like the fact that the company encourages continuous learning and self-development.
