      Pros

      Very good base pay and good prospecting resources.

      Cons

      There were a lot of issues with intent data that weren't addressed, leading to unrealistically high quotas. Management quality varied greatly from team to team.

      Pros

      Hybrid work at home 3 days, work in office 2 days a week. Set your own schedule. Not a lot of micromanagement. A lot of freedom an autonomy. Job stability is great, NICE isn't going anywhere.

      Cons

      Industry pay is definitely low, especially if you move up in the company. They cap you at a 15% raise when you move up. You end up being paid 20-30k below the industry average.

      Cons

      Marketing leadership has no idea what they're doing. There is no room for upward growth unless someone leaves and you've been there 10+ years.
