      Pros

      Promote within if you put the work in and prove yourself. Decent co workers. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      POOR Management Forced overtime No concern for quality Running lean. So laid a bunch of people off and are now working people to death. Accident reports have increased significantly, Very high turnover rate. Expected to do your job plus every one else's. Lazy operators that aren't forced to do anything, have no real responsibilities and aren't held accountable for anything.

      You get the weekends. Discount on water

      Cons

      The insured is not so great. There are lots of that don't have legal status to work here, they work for the agency for years under someone else social security. They get the overtime because they make less then the employees. Management talks big on safety but we don't get proper PPE. And there are lots of people married here so favoritism is big here.

      When I first started at Niagara it was a great place to work with.

      Cons

      I worked for Niagara for 11 years. During the last 5 years it got really bad to work at. Management was really bad.
