      the company relies heavily on automation so it is generally lightly staffed and there are times where people are overworked

      I have traveled for training to Kenosha also Newman Georgia and Texas and work at the Richmond plant everywhere I have went the company is understaffed and overworked the Richmond plant is a constant 80 degrees on the work floor it is a startup but they want to run as if they have been open for 2 years there's a disconnect between management and the workforce and it doesn't seem like we're all one company but it's this shift against that shift and if you get a position as a lead or supervisor it is way more responsibility and not enough pay

      Lots of opportunities to advance within the company. A lot of overtime during the summer.
