Great company great place to work lots of oportunities to grow has an employee you have the option to cross train and learn in any area of the plant you wish as long as there is sufficent coverage

holiday pay and benefits could be a lot better

Hard Work Good Attitude Pays off

Pros

Opportunity lies in the eye of the beholder. Niagara provides top technical training to employees that show true grit and dedication. Great pay and advancement opportunity for employees with out college degrees. Clean/Safe working conditions compared with other companies in the area. Decent affordable benefits for this day in age. Flexibility if you need to switch shifts or need a personal day. Most team members will pitch in if your having trouble. There really is a large core group of team member that care about Mooresville and there are the one star raters that rather find fault than solutions.

Cons

Its hot but cooling zones are provided and no one was fired for taking an extra break for some cold water Facility has outgrown its capabilities which causes some frustrations.
