      fast paced environment, plenty of overtime if you want it, fast growing company that has plenty of room to grow

      no a/c in the building.

      Enjoyed working there the co-workers were great nice family atmosphere

      Cons

      Management needs to work on their people skills if you have leads in charge of employees they should actually know their job the employees shouldn't have to teach the lead what to do my daughter was in a car accident I had to leave work early and go to the hospital I was written up for that I was told by a jar if it would have been her funeral then I would not have been written up

      Pros

      Very friendly crew with lots of overtime available

      Cons

      terribly disorganized, management constantly cracking the whip, mandatory overtime, non-existent training program, rampant "tribal knowledge" hoarding to ensure job security
