This job is not what they tell you, this is 1000% a call center cold calling job. You’re told to sell products only to then tell your customers sorry we can’t do that after you make the sell. Instead of building relationships with customers your encouraged to squeeze every penny out of them at every opportunity. The Team Leaders are usually just brokers who didn’t make it and don’t know how to actually help. The operations team in Atlanta are even worse. You ask them for help and then don’t hear from them for hours if not days if you don’t follow up every 1-2 hours. Out of my 80 person training class across 12 offices after not even 2 months about 20 people had already left.

This is endless. If you are a woman or educated DON’T waste your time. I was warned a year ago and didn’t listen. I killed myself for this company and it wasn’t appreciated. Unless you are a favorite male or dating a favorite male, you are doomed from the get go. I worked 60 hours a week plus, broke company records, and pleased management. I was conned and lesson learned the hard way.
