      Pros

      All of the offices are always hiring, so as a college graduate you have an opportunity to move to a new city where they have an office located, if you so choose. For operations, there is a base salary + monthly bonus. Bonus seems to go up each month as long as you are doing your job well. They will pair you with a senior broker over time and you will start making a percentage of the margins you guys do that month. Operations is more about your work ethic and ability to negotiate, rather than sales where sometimes its just luck if your able to land a big account.

      Cons

      Trucks will break down and carriers will lie to you, it's just how the industry is. This can cause work to be stressful at times and follow you home. Also, the majority of the office will be people in their 20s, so while work can be fun at times, there will also be some things that from a managerial perspective, probably wouldn't fly at other jobs.

      Pros

      training was fun, you can putt or play ping pong when you get a break

      Cons

      the daily phone grind, management blowing smoke and acting like you friend just to stab you in the back, hours are actually 7:45 - 530 or 6, zero transparency, having to deal with truck drivers most everyday well into the night
