      If you make friends with the right managers you will get favors Sleeping your way up does work

      Cons

      You will get fired if they don't like you personally Making them $200,000 a month / working til 9pm means nothing, they will fire you and hand your work out to your previous coworkers

      Great people, a little dicey

      People here are great and easy to work with. Still a young company

      Cons

      The way the market is currently, job stability is a little dicey. Offshores a lot of jobs to 2nd and 3rd world countries.

      Feels Like High School

      Pros

      Met some really great people working there. They try very hard to create a relaxed environment for a high-stress job. (music playing, very not really any dress code)

      Cons

      You're being watched/monitored constantly for activity. For 8 (sometimes up to 10) straight hours if you're not making calls, you're being questioned. Way too harsh on tardiness. I get being on time is important, but to be written up for being 5 or less minutes late is a little ridiculous. Overall a very high-stress job with tasks that will keep your phone notifications buzzing all night and all weekend.
