      More UI than UX

      Nice office, casual dress code

      My experience with this position is that it seemed "junior," and more UI than UX. Primarily I was delivering designs that seemed already decided on. As I've encountered in other companies fresh to UI/UX , the word "designer" can make for some possible misunderstandings about the role, and it could turn into the sort of situation where you are asked for graphic design work. I found it difficult to advocate for my role in an environment where some people knew each other very well, having worked with each other at previous companies.

      good opportunities for bonuses but is TOTALLY dependent on your tenure and dept.

      Cons

      worked close to 60 hrs a week and that's just expected. regardless of salary, bonuses, personal life. every dept is against one another and cannot work together for anything, meaning a lot of drama and very rude people . least professional environment I have ever worked in- and that includes being a bartender. good luck advancing within the company, the only people at the top are nothing more than "hype- men" of zero substance.

      Remote work is possible when needed.

      Cons

      Will hire anyone. No competency in various departments. Unorganized, messy and blame gamers. Constant issues with last minute notifications. Profane and graphic music being played (loudly) that is disrespectful to women in the work place. Computer network and building is not secure. Very stressful and could cause you to have severe PTSD when its all over.
