Do not work about this company if you have concerns about global health pandemics because this company does not care - several offices nationwide reported positive COVID cases (SEVERAL times, not just single incidences) and still required their employees to report to the office, while more responsible competitors such as Echo and Coyote Logistics allowed their employees to safely work from home while cases surged. They allowed WFH in the spring and then required employees back into the office in the summer, then finally as positive case records were being reported nationwide, they allowed WFH again by 11/11/2020. Please also note the locations of the offices (in the midwest, south, east coast) which is exactly where overwhelming case increases were reported. I understand and respect the benefits of working in person, especially for younger employees, but most of these employees are also still living with their parents/seeing elders regularly and this puts so many more people at risk that it's worth to force employees to report to the office and also not provide PPE or strictly enforce social distancing
