Thank you for taking time to give your feedback to us. We have the best managers who make friends with their teams and do "invest" in the team members. This is sought after in the industry! This is a big reason that the company has such a high average tenure. Thanks for being a part of Novarad.

Thank you for the review and for pointing out a great benefit that Novarad offers with our sister company Blue Rock Medical and Urgent Care. All Novarad employees and dependents can use the imaging or urgent care facilities for a $25 copay up to a certain amount per year. This really comes in handy with the cost of imaging these days. We hope that you have found a place to work that fits your requirements and that they have great managers and medical benefits as well.

Pros

I made some amazing friends there.

Cons

The CEO of this company is one of the most narcissistic, disrespectful, insufferable people I have ever met. He harasses women, belittles/manipulates his employees, and refuses to acknowledge when someone has a good idea. He causes so much inefficiency by micromanaging departments and useless projects. He is set on his "vision" and no amount of reasoning or data can change his mind. The CEO has created such a culture of fear that Novarad is basically a revolving door of talented individuals who want to make positive changes but give up when they realize that they will be punished for their efforts. Due to his lack of leadership, the company is incredibly disorganized and wastes vast amounts of money. It's a miracle that it hasn't collapsed yet. If you want a job that gives you purpose, career growth opportunities, or fair compensation, Novarad just isn't the place for you. I'm so glad I left. To anyone considering working here, DON'T DO IT. I warned you (and so did everyone else in these reviews).
