      Training is efficient Good environment to work Everyone is nice there

      Cons

      No matter how skilled,# of experience you have on the phone,number of different platforms you handle you will get paid the same as someone who handle only one platform They do not recognize the effort and the skills employees put in For them it's just it's busy agents take calls Some will be taking 50 calls a day and some 20 calls a day because they don't have the skills and both will get paid the same-so unfair After 9months easy to move to other department and the other department hire people from outside - you will be stuck in client care

      Pros

      Used to be great, but then started to only care about the money and forgot about their employees and their customers

      Cons

      Disappointing culture and lack of investment in employees. Most senior management are remote and everyone feels really disconnected. People in Director roles are hard to deal with.

      - easy access for career starters / newcomers - informal friendly work environment, easy access to department representatives - company is growing and gains maturity over time - growth opportunities for career starters

      Cons

      - task assignment policy is biased towards costs saving, most of the time an employee leaving the company implies others would have to split her/his responsibilities and perform more than before - terrible resources planning, virtually everyone is overloaded with tasks and hence no one admits accountability for delays - lack of organization readiness for managing project and proper resources allocation - detached scattered offices in Quebec, Ontario, Arizona, Texas hamper communication and collaboration - wage gaps between US and CA employees - too many employees work remotely thus impeding effective business processes
