Pros

Knowledgable, productive and engaged colleagues and superiors who care about their work and also the community

Cons

Some teams seem short staffed with more work than people to do it, others seem silo'd without any context for how their work fits into the overall process

Pros

Flexible work schedules are available. Generous leave policies. Excellent physical working environment and equipment. Generous free-parking. High-tech gym, courts, sauna. Very relaxed dress-code.

Cons

Company is top-heavy with management. Pay-freeze for working staff, but managers still get 70% of their bonus. Fewer staff but increasing workload is putting a burden on employees. Decisions affecting employees, (like telecommuting, flex-time) are not consistant across the organization. Unrealistic Project deadlines are set at a high management level without knowing actual effort involved. A once superior training policy is almost non-existent.

Pros

We are offered flex time which I find particularly useful. I have been able to learn new technologies that I feel are valuable to my career

Cons

The uncertainty of our market.
