OEC provides applicant's with a breakdown of the commission structure during the recruitment and offer process. The sales commission guidelines are signed by applicant's when accepting an offer of employment so they are aware of the structure before joining the OEC team. OEC also provides Account Executive's a company cellphone, laptop, monthly car allowance and expense account to ensure our sales team stays successful!

Meh.... Look somewhere else. It seems they have a high turnover rate given the fact so many positions are open.

The one hour lunch break.

OEC group is probably one of the most unprofessional companies in the freight industry. Upper management belittles staff With empty promises of career advancement and salary growth.The management team is filled with degenerates who fail to understand the importance of training and open communication. The company stresses multiculturalism but in reality only hire Chinese/Taiwanese employees. Salaries are extremely low for the amount of work and hours involved in a single day, this is why the organization preys on resent college grads who are desperate for a career start. Stay away from this joke of an organization, you will be wasting your time and talents working here.
