The company has great training programs. Co-workers are very friendly and helpful. A lot of company's outings, ex: dinners and parties.

Cons

Poor management. Low pay. Working here feeling there is no career advancement or not being appreciated. This is why good employees leave. Either you work your axx off or do nothing at work. Managers are selfish and ignorant.

like to play heavy company politics, talking rude, disrespect, and look down on new sales supports, not appreciated your hard work at all, they are bosses not leaders!!! they don't lead you, but very pushy!! be careful here when you want to work for sales support team in Cerritos office! working with them doesn't make you feel you're capable of things. You don't want to work in a team with such bad atmosphere. Most former sales support left and new sales supports can't tolerate such disrespect people and planning to leave in a few months.

Pros

Upper Management is always available to speak and hear your concerns. Quick to remedy a situation. Great events, dinners and social events. Overall a pretty young and diverse company. Everyone is very friendly and helpful (for the most part).

Cons

From what I have seen there is a very fast turn over rate for most departments. Many people who are good at their job do no stick around. I have seen some hard workers come and go, sometimes the only reason people leave is simply lack of compensation...
