The company is in a growth phase, offering many opportunities to engage with and learn about cutting-edge technologies and architectures in the industry. 4. As a "Chinese-based" internet company, its overall level of internationalisation is exceptionally good.

Cons

1. The work can be quite busy, and the workload can be heavy, which may require overtime. 2. The company officially has a regular bottom elimination mechanism, which to some extent increases the anxiety levels among employees.
